Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate to the NPP’s flag bearer, has assured Ghanaians that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s government will implement policies designed to benefit everyone in the country.
Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, widely known as NAPO, has assured that the policies of the incoming Dr. Bawumia-led NPP government will be inclusive and beneficial to all Ghanaians across the 16 regions. He emphasized that the administration will avoid discrimination, focusing instead on the collective development of one unified Ghana.
Dr. Opoku Prempeh, the NPP’s running mate, highlighted Dr. Bawumia’s dedication to national progress. He assured that Bawumia’s leadership will be characterized by a commitment to transforming the country without bias or exclusion.
During a durbar held in Tepa, Ashanti Region, last Wednesday, he once again urged voters to support Dr. Bawumia and the NPP parliamentary candidate for Ahafo Ano North, Eric Nana Agyemang-Prempeh. Agyemang-Prempeh, who also serves as the Director-General of the National Disaster Management Organisation, was highlighted as a key figure in the election.
He emphasized that the NPP is a national political party that embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their religion, ethnicity, financial status, or social standing.
Dr. Opoku Prempeh highlighted that the NPP’s eight years in government have significantly increased job opportunities for many Ghanaians, particularly unemployed youth who previously faced bleak prospects. He noted that the Graduate Unemployment Association, established by frustrated graduates struggling to find work under the previous NDC administration, is now defunct due to the NPP’s successful employment initiatives.
Dr. Opoku Prempeh emphasized that the NPP’s efforts have been instrumental in addressing youth unemployment. He underscored the importance of the NPP remaining in power to continue creating jobs and supporting business growth, which are crucial for the country’s economic development.
