As the 2024 elections approach, I urge us to elect a president who will prioritize the needs of healthcare workers by improving their working conditions, investing in their professional development, and addressing the longstanding issue of their exodus from Ghana.
Health is our most valuable asset; everything else is secondary without it. We need a leader who ensures that those who care for our health are also well cared for.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has outlined his commitment to improving the conditions of our healthcare workers in the NPP’s 2024 manifesto.
Bawumia recognizes the value and contributions of healthcare professionals to national development. Voting for Bawumia is voting for the advancement of our healthcare system and those who sustain it.
