Health Ministry Opens Recruitment for Ghanaian Nurses to Work in Barbados

The Ministry of Health has announced the start of a recruitment drive for registered Ghanaian nurses to work in Barbados, effective Thursday, August 15, 2024.

According to a statement from the Chief Director, Alhaji Hafiz Adam, eligible nurses are invited to complete their applications by visiting the ministry’s website. The statement clarified that technical issues previously affecting the application portal have been resolved.

“The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the public that the portal issue for the recruitment of Ghanaian nurses to Barbados has been fixed. Applications officially open today, Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 2:00 pm. Interested candidates should visit hr.mov.gov.gh, select the Barbados application section, and follow the provided instructions to apply,” the statement noted.

RE: RECRUITMENT OF GHANAIAN REGISTERED NURSES TO BARBADOS

The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the General Public that, the anomaly on the portal for the recruitment of Ghanaian Nurses to Barbados has been rectified.

1. The application commences today, Thursday 15th August, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

2. Prospective applicants are requested to formally access the form on hr.mov.gov.gh and click on Barbados application to follow the instructions to apply.

3. The public is kindly informed that the Ministry of Health does not have an alternative application portal and middlemen with regard to the recruitment of Nurses to Barbados. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the Chief Director of the Ministry.

4. The deadline for the application is Thursday, 220th August, 2024.
