Maradona Yeboah Adjei, the renowned hiplife artist known as Guru, has been disqualified from the presidential race for the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) at the University of Ghana.
The acclaimed “Pooley” rapper, who had set his sights on leading the student body, was unable to secure a position in the race. Guru had hoped to follow in the footsteps of fellow musician Samini, who previously led the SRC at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
