Rising star Boypee has vehemently denied reports suggesting that he and his collaborators took down the music video for their hit song “Ogechi Remix” featuring Davido due to alleged greed on the part of the DMW boss.
The video’s removal from YouTube, citing copyright issues, sparked rumors that Davido sought to claim all royalties. However, Boypee swiftly refuted these claims with a scathing response on social media.
In a dismissive post, Boypee wrote, “You and who talk that one? To what profit, eh guy? Wetin you wan use my downfall do?”
Boypee’s statement unequivocally denies any involvement in the video’s removal due to greed or royalties disputes, putting the rumors to rest.
