Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu Urges Alan Kyerematen to Rejoin NPP

Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, MP for Suame, has suggested that John Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, founder of the Movement for Change, should consider returning to the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, reflecting on Kyerematen’s departure from the NPP, argued that the founder’s new agenda may not be feasible and unlikely to result in a successful bid in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Despite this, Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu remains hopeful about the potential benefits of Kyerematen’s return.

He believes that rejoining the NPP would enhance democracy, benefit the party, and positively impact national politics.

He emphasized the importance of aligning with the constitution’s principles, which steer Ghana away from extreme political factions and support the growth of the private sector.

Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu encouraged Kyerematen and his supporters to reconsider and potentially reunite with the NPP for the betterment of Ghana’s democracy.
