He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to combating MoMo fraud through collaborative efforts with stakeholders, focusing on awareness and sensitization initiatives.

Haruna stressed the importance of customer vigilance, urging them to protect their PINs and avoid suspicious links, fake SMS messages, and unknown callers.

He reassured the public that Mobile Money Limited will continue investing in robust security measures to safeguard customers.

The CEO highlighted the company’s dedication to exceptional customer service, aiming to minimize travel distances and wait times.

He noted recent innovations, including self-service channels through the call center and chatbot, which enable customers to resolve issues seamlessly without visiting service centers.

Mobile Money Limited has planned various activities for the MoMo@15 celebration, including parades, new product launches (such as loan offerings), and a revamped MyMoMo App.

Haruna encouraged customers to utilize self-service options for efficient service.
