KiDi Expresses Gratitude for Collaboration with Black Sherif on “Lomo Lomo”

Ghanaian musician KiDi has expressed his delight in collaborating with Black Sherif on their recent hit song, “Lomo Lomo”. In an interview with Doreen Avio on JoyNews’ LTS, KiDi attributed the song’s success to the positive energy and vibes he received from Black Sherif.

“It’s spiritual vibes. Music is all about energy. If you are making music with someone and their energy is right, both of you on the same wavelength, you create what we are hearing. Positive energy, good energy and I’m glad we could go into the studio because Blacko,” KiDi said.

He also praised Black Sherif’s talent, stating, “I understand why many Ghanaians hail him because he is so talented.”

KiDi revealed that most of his part in the song was written by Kojo Blak, and encouraged fans to watch out for the young artiste. Black Sherif wrote his own verse, and the two recorded the song in one session.

Addressing rumors about his health, KiDi denied being diagnosed with a stroke. “There were issues that required me to take a step back, take a break and fix and deal with them. Few health issues but it wasn’t what people said it was. It has nothing to do with stroke. I didn’t get a stroke and don’t know why and how it started but I never had a stroke. If I had a stroke, I wouldn’t be here,” he clarified.

“Lomo Lomo” is currently available on all music streaming platforms.
