Real Madrid’s highly anticipated new signing, Endrick, made his first appearance for the club in a 1-0 pre-season defeat to AC Milan.
Despite the loss, manager Carlo Ancelotti was full of praise for the 18-year-old Brazilian.
Ancelotti described Endrick as a “truly special” talent, highlighting his speed, agility, and ability to create chances. The teenager played the first half before being substituted as part of a wholesale change at the break.
Samuel Chukwueze scored the only goal of the game for Milan, who are under new manager Paulo Fonseca.
Real Madrid will face rivals Barcelona in their next pre-season match, without several key players including Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior, and Jude Bellingham.
