Former Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah, is recovering after being poisoned at a friend’s party in Tarkwa.
Wontumi Sports Presenter, Kwame Dela Fishbone, broke the news, revealing that Amponsah was hospitalized over the weekend.
The football administrator was scheduled to travel outside Ghana for business on Wednesday but was unable to do so due to his illness.
While Amponsah is said to be in stable condition, the details surrounding the poisoning remain unclear. The specific hospital where he is receiving treatment has not been disclosed, and there are no known suspects at this time.
