Diana Asamoah Urges Christian Wives to ‘Slay’ for Their Husbands

Ghanaian gospel singer Diana Asamoah has encouraged women, particularly Christian wives, to maintain their marriages by presenting themselves attractively and dressing well for their husbands. Speaking on UCook over the weekend, she emphasized that times have changed, and so have the days of Christians being perceived as having poor fashion sense.

Asamoah shared her personal transformation, stating that she has altered her thoughts on fashion and Christianity after gaining a deeper understanding of the Bible. “Slay in dressing so that your husband does not leave you. It is not always the devil who destroys marriages. Sometimes, it’s because of the way as a woman, you present yourself and dress,” she advised.

She emphasized that embracing flair and style is aligned with Christian values, contradicting her previous belief that dressing shabbily was a sign of spirituality. “My understanding of God has deepened, and I’ve learned that people are often drawn to Him not just through our words, but also through our appearance and confidence,” Asamoah said.

The gospel singer stressed that a person’s outward expression can be a powerful testimony, inspiring others to follow their path to God. She encouraged women to look good, even in the kitchen, and to present themselves attractively to their husbands.
