Titus Glover Claims Party Members Sabotaged His 2020 Campaign in Tema East

The Greater Accra Regional Minister, Titus Glover, has revealed that he faced internal sabotage from party members within the Tema East constituency during the 2020 elections, which led to his defeat.

Glover, who served as the former MP, disclosed that lack of support from within his own party contributed significantly to his loss in the 2020 elections to the NDC.

“I lost Tema East because my own people did not support me; they sabotaged my campaign, resulting in my defeat to the NDC,” Glover stated.

Speaking at the campaign launch of Jefferson Kwamena Sackey for Ablekuma Central, Glover emphasized the need to eradicate divisive politics within the NPP as the party gears up for the upcoming December polls.

“As we prepare for the elections, we must avoid division at all costs. A united front is crucial for our success,” Glover urged.

Jefferson Sackey aims to challenge the NDC’s Dan Abdul-Latif in the upcoming December elections.
