Nsoatreman Football Club’s Executive Chairman, Dr. Baffour Awuah, has clarified that former head coach Maxwell Konadu departed with his full knowledge and blessing.
This follows the club’s FA Cup victory and Konadu’s subsequent exit.
At the unveiling of new head coach Yaw Preko, Dr. Awuah dispelled rumors of a sudden or unannounced departure, stating that he was aware of Konadu’s plans and gave his approval.
Nsoatreman finished fourth in the Ghana Premier League and will compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next season.
