Greater Accra Regional Minister, Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, has praised the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, as a results-driven individual who will significantly contribute to the party’s success in the upcoming polls.
Titus Glover made these remarks at the unveiling event of the NPP’s running mate, popularly known as NAPO, in Kumasi on Tuesday, July 9. He described Dr. Opoku Prempeh as an action person who delivers on tasks and listens to others, expressing confidence that his selection will help the party achieve its goal of breaking the ‘8’ in the December polls.
Titus Glover emphasized that NAPO’s selection as the running mate will significantly contribute to the party’s success in the December polls as they aim to break the ‘8’. He praised NAPO’s ability to deliver results, stating that “Honourable Matthew Opoku Prempeh is a doer, he’s an action person. He’s a person that when you give him a task, just go to sleep, and he’ll give you the results.”
Titus Glover also highlighted NAPO’s accommodating nature, saying “He’s very accommodating, he listens to other people.” He expressed his belief that NAPO has what it takes to help the party break the ‘8’, stating “He has what it takes to break the ‘8’ for us. So for us, we think Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has made the right choice.”
The event was attended by high-ranking members of the NPP, including Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and other dignitaries. The selection of NAPO as the running mate has been widely praised by party members and supporters. The NPP is confident that with NAPO on board, they will achieve their goal of breaking the ‘8’ and securing a historic victory in the December polls.
