Alan Kyerematen, founder and leader of the Movement for Change, has announced an ambitious initiative to create three million jobs for Ghana’s youth if elected President in the upcoming December 7 polls.

Kyerematen’s “Operation Own Your Business” plan aims to empower graduates to start their own businesses through financial support. He emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship in driving economic growth and job creation, stating that this initiative will unleash the potential of young Ghanaians.

The plan also includes a Compulsory Apprenticeship and Training program for Senior High School graduates, providing essential skills training before graduation. Additionally, Kyerematen pledged to offer free military, police, and security service training to graduates who join Ghana’s security reserves, addressing national security concerns while providing career opportunities.

“By establishing community hospitals owned and run by the private sector and health workers, we’re tackling health sector unemployment and providing quality care for every Ghanaian,” Kyerematen said.
