The Ghana Police Service has dispatched a team of specialists to Bole and its surrounding areas in the Savannah Region to assist the Regional Police Command in investigating three reported cases of unnatural deaths in the past six months.
The deployment of experts comes as a response to the growing concern among residents of Bole and its surrounding communities, following the series of unexplained deaths over the past six months. The police aim to provide a swift and thorough investigation to bring perpetrators to justice.
To enhance security in the area, police visibility and patrols have been intensified, with additional operational officers deployed to the town and its environs. The police are working closely with traditional and religious leaders, as well as community members, to gather information and resolve the situation.
In a statement, the police assured the public, especially the affected communities, to remain calm. “We are committed to pursuing the perpetrators of these heinous crimes and ensuring justice is served,” the statement read. The police have urged anyone with information related to the cases to come forward and assist in the investigation.
