The Asanteman police officers’ association has reiterated their dedication to King Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, vowing to maintain the honor and reputation of Asanteman without compromise.
In a recent meeting at the Manhyia Palace to mark the 25th anniversary of the King’s reign, led by COP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah (Mrs.), the officers expressed their gratitude to the King and assured him of their steadfast loyalty.
They pledged to conduct themselves with integrity, safeguarding both lives and properties in the kingdom.
Furthermore, the officers demonstrated their commitment by donating GHC80,000 towards the Heal Komfo Anokye Project, a crucial initiative aimed at addressing the infrastructural needs of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).
This project, under the Asantehene 25th Anniversary Legacy Projects, seeks to enhance healthcare delivery and ensure a conducive environment for patients, staff, and visitors alike.
