- Beatrice Annan fumes at the Attorney General
- AG has the penchant of winning every case to satisfy his ego
- AG's actions are part of a pattern of unethical behavior
A Communication Team Member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Lawyer Beatrice Annan has descended heavily on the Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame for practicing unethical law.
She explained that the AG has engaged in habitual practice of unethical law.
Lawyer Beatrice Annan noted that the AG has the penchant of winning every case to satisfy his ego and conscience.
She has accused Godfred Yeboah Dame of unethical behavior and attempting to wrongfully convict individuals, including Ato Forson, the Minority Leader in Parliament.
Lawyer Beatrice Annan alleged that AG’s actions are part of a pattern of unethical behavior, which the NDC claims to have evidence of.
She expressed strong disapproval and disappointment, stating that Dame’s conduct is a severe critique of the justice system and contradicts the fundamental principle of fair and impartial justice.
On Tuesday, the NDC released what it claims to be an audio recording of a conversation between the Attorney General, Godfred Dame, and the third accused person in the controversial ambulance purchase trial, Richard Jakpa.
This follows claims by the third accused, Richard Jakpa that the Attorney General had previously approached him to help build a case against the former Deputy Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson.
