The farewell ceremony for the revered Gospel maestro, KODA, is slated for June 5, 2024, at the Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) situated on Spintex Road, Accra.
This announcement comes on the heels of the One-Week commemoration event held in Takoradi, where the date was disclosed to the public.
During the One-Week tribute on Friday, May 10, a multitude gathered to honor the departed musician, with prominent figures from Ghana’s music scene, such as Pastor Joe Beecham and Uncle Ato, extending their sympathies and paying homage to KODA.
Augustine Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, fondly known as KODA, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024.
Across his illustrious career, he crafted a repertoire of cherished hits, including ‘Nsempii,’ ‘Nkwa Abodoo,’ ‘Yapai,’ and ‘Adorso.’ His legacy continues to profoundly touch the hearts of many.
