Three individuals have been apprehended by the Ghana Police Service for causing a disturbance during the limited voter registration exercise in Tepa, located in the Ashanti region.

The individuals in custody have been identified as Abass Abukari, George Vinor, and Abdul Karim.

Reports from the police indicate that the suspects were involved in a physical altercation, leading to a temporary disruption at the Tepa Electoral Commission office.

Authorities have confirmed that the arrested individuals are currently assisting with the ongoing investigation while in custody.

They have also assured the public that order has been restored, allowing the voter registration process to resume smoothly without further incident.
