Angela Mensah Poku, Chief Enterprise Officer at MTN Ghana, explained the conference’s focus on how data and AI can be leveraged to optimize business processes, create new opportunities, and enhance customer experiences – ultimately delivering greater convenience and value. She emphasized the importance of collaboration between industry players, partners, and stakeholders in shaping the future of Africa’s technology ecosystem.
“Data and AI are fundamental for business transformation,” Ms. Poku stated. “Through collaboration, we can play a crucial role in shaping the African technology landscape.” She highlighted the power of collective effort in driving innovation and tackling challenges across the continent.
Harnessing Data and AI for Customer Focus

Bernard Acquah, Chief Information Officer, spoke about the need for businesses to embrace AI to improve organizational efficiency and gain valuable insights from data on business operations, customers, and competitors.
